Bernie - I'll see if I can dig up the pitch control assignment for you
tonight.  I was using an EMU X Board and it came with software that
allowed you to reassign your midi channels to any of the controls on
the keyboard.  I ended up assigning Pitch to the Modulation Wheel so
that it would stay put rather than springing back to "0" when I
released it.  Works like a charm.
