Well I have worked with many famous artists over the years but never was much on autographs or "photos with the band" but I worked with Cold Blood last night and Lydia Pense was a sweetheart! So in these days of camera phones I couldn't resist a photo with her. The band was great as well. I wish I had documented my "brushes with the famous" better over the years....it would have been nice at this age to look back at all of those good memories hanging on my wall. Then I had a photo taken with him. He looked badly drunk and I looked like one of the Wurzels (quirky English folk act for our buddies west of the Pond), embarrassing to look at so I have kept it hidden ever since. And all the stuff I was gonna ask him about equipment and technique 'what drawbar setting did you have on the C3 for Catherine Parr' etc) vanished from my mind. Even forgot to ask if the Mellotron bonfire story was true or just BS.
