Still OT, but when I went to watch/listen to the Soft Machine version 
(thank you very much), I clicked over onto this:

Being a Holdsworth fan, this was very cool to watch - live at Montreux, 
Allan not only sings a little (eek), but at 2:05 he's ear-tuning his SG 
with the volume down - gotta love it....
