It may have escaped your notice but it is generally unwise to reveal 
plans, schemes and proposals for a new invention in such an open 
environment. I must therefore inform you that as I write a Trade Mark 
application is being submitted to the relevant authorities for the 
name Byrotron B90D. This application has been carefully drafted over 
a long period of 3 minutes and is to be submitted on the formal paper 
napkin as all the finest applications are made.

However we admire your entrepreneurship and would be willing to reach 
a settlement over the use of the name.

For a modest increase in the retail cost I am sure all parties can
