Baijiu (white alcohol). Red Star Er Guo Tou is my favorite, but Mao
Tai is more popular, even though it tastes disgusting and is about
100 times more expensive.

the word is 'sake' [pronounced 'sah-kay'] and it's japanese rice wine.

sorry, but it annoys me to no end when people say 'sah-key'.
it's just wrong...
in japanese the letter 'e' is pronuned the way we say
the name of the letter 'a'. the letter 'a' is pronounced
as an 'ah' sound.

Well Sake Kawa Maki!! -- says Bernie as he dips his crispy salmon
skin roll into his cup of rice wine, thus turning it into a Soggy
Kawa Maki.
