I have begun restoring an ARP Pro Soloist that is total junk. I found a
company called New England Analog that sells parts for ARPs and does
restoration work. The owner is Rob Currier. I just want to give all of you a heads
up if anyone needs ARP work. This guy is a first class guy. I bought some
parts from him but more importantly, he walked me through a whole bunch of
procedures and solved a number of mysteries for me, probably saving me a
couple of dozen hours. He was not only willing to help me before I bought
anything from me, he told me what I DIDN'T need and saved me a lot of money.
You don't often find folks like this so I want to recommend the guy. I've
seen his work and it's first rate.

Next time I post, I'll try to remember to edit it first.

Franks, thanks for the link!
I own a lot of gear, and haven’t used it for awhile.
Nothing beats a personal recommendation.
