Worlds Away - 4 trk

Strange Advance - Worlds Away. Sounds like Bowie with gobs of 4-Track Mellotron. The tremolo strings are probably real strings on the studio recording. Live, they used the 4-Track with a tremolo effect. (and gobs of dry ice fog and blue lights). Goosebump city.

Although I think the 4-Track did have tremolo strings available...I
believe Dave Kean references this in one of his Mellotron videos.

Although... Drew Arnott from Strange Advance wrote to me a while back to
tell me that although they owned a 4-Track, it sounded so awful that they
used an M400 in the studio :-)

That's why we've ordered new tapes. I'm sure when I'm done sorting it all
out it will sound great.
