OS EPROMs images for OB-Xa ?

Hi,

I'm in the process of repairing an OB-Xa, and one of the potential issues could be a faulty OS EPROM causing the synth to malfunction from time to time. I'm wondering if any nice soul here would happen to have EPROM images from some reasonably late (i.e. 120 program) version of the OB-Xa ?

A google search turned up a page with some rather old images, but that was all.
