The Hex file is the Intel-HEX object file format that is output by ASEM-51. Via google there appears to be at least one utility out there for converting the HEX file to a BIN for "dumb" burners. The device we have here uses HEX, it would've been a fairly expensive device in its day. It's not my area of expertise, so one of the technicians here has been kind enough to do it for me. I'll be getting an EPROM made of Drummer to use in my Cyclone. I can upload the Cyclone HEX also shortly, it's v 1.2 which seems to be very stable. In the meantime, can anyone upload a Strummer manual? I have just uploaded a text searchable version of Cyclone manual, using OCR in Acrobat Pro.
