OBERHEIM SYNTH

Hi, I'm desperately trying to find an editor for my matrix 1000. I've tried OB6000 and all the others I can find online (Midiquest, Matrix2001 seems to have disappeared as well as something called jsynth.lib)

OB6000 and the others I've tried all crash my Matrix1000 when I import patches. It's really frustrating.

My model is a black Matrix1000 firmware 1.03 does anyone know if it's related to the firmware version? I heard they went up to 1.11 so maybe mine is an early version.

I am running Mac OSX lion but can also run Windows XP on it so any platform is good. 

But always the same issue - some of them half work, but in the end they ALL crash the Matrix when receiving sysex patch dumps and or/editing.
Driving me nuts.
