Oberheim MiniGrand Manual or Factory Reset

Hello,

I recently purchased an Oberheim MiniGrand Module.  One of the electronic piano patches has been altered and is not working properly.

I have been unable to find a manual online.  Does anyone know of a source for an owner's manual?  

Is there a way to reset the module to factory presets?
