Firmware EPROM checksums

My bad.   I should have provided these before.

According to my programmer, the checksums for the two EPROMS are:

M6 2.14   15A0

M1000 1.19     8B4E

Most programming sw computes these the same way and they can be
used to confirm that the file is not corrupted.
