Thinking about this some more, I think there are just two main parts to this piece. The wire, and the ferrite core. If the wire is burnt out, you can rewind the coil without too much trouble. You would use similar gauge enable covered wire and the number of turns should be the same as the original. If the ferrite core is broken, then simply find someone with some tunable inductors, or IF transformers, and steal a slug from another one. Either of these things should be easier than finding a replacement, unless you can get one off of a M6 or M6R scrap pc board.
