The 68B09 is a someway special evolution of the 6809 with INTERNAL clock generation. I suspect it cannot be monitored then. Anyway, a replacement cpu will pop in my mailbox in one month (or two...). Will keep you posted, but please feel free to suggest me tests to slim down the possibilities area. Thanks!
