Using Matrix 1000 with Sonar / Cakewalk

Hi guys,
I just picked up a Matrix 1000 and am loving its sound so far. 
However I cannot get it to change banks using Sonar/Cakewalk.  I've
searched the net and the forums and just can't find the info on how to
do it. 
Can anyone help me out?
