OBERHEIM SYNTH

Hello:  I received a file from someone from this forum that was to contain the factory presents for the OBXA.  My synth tech tried to load these into my obxa using the headphone line from his computer and said he had some signal/amplitude problems and couldn't load these into the OBXA.  If anyone out these has loaded presets back into their OBXA (or OB-8 for that matter) using a computer compared to a tape cassette player, would you please kindly give me any advise on how to make sure the voices load into the Oberheim? Thanks in advance for any help!
