Can you offer an explanation as to why I can get the bank change sysex to work and not the parameter adjustment? For example, I am sending F0 10 06 06 54 00 F7 to try to get Env. 1 release time to zero. I note that the manual says that the values are "sign extended from 6 bit to 7 bit".
