help with my matrix 6, from argentina!

Hi, im luis from argentina i have a matrix 6 with 1.05 software version, and im having some sysex problems i think i have bought a midi controller custom for the matrix, that a guy designs here but when i connect the midi controller and move a knob the matrix freeze, and the sound too! would anybody help me? best, from buenos aires Luis
