Embarrassing Question - How to Save Matrix 1000 Program edits

I have a Mac and Unisyn, and an able to tweak the sounds in my Matrix 1000, but I can't figure out how to store them (in the Matrix. I know the destination program slot has to be in the first 2 banks. Thanks in advance, Stublim
