Look at IC35 on the CPU board -- pins 4, 7, 14 and 13 should be seeing 
D04 through D07.  Pin 5 should be seeing the P25 line from the CPU.  
Turning the rotary switch should show varying outputs on pins  2, 10, 1 
and 11.
