This COULD at least partly be a problem with the KLM368A board (the effects board). You may want to check if you get a signal at CN14 on the voice board. This is the actual output of the voice board; the signal then passes through the effects board. Sometimes the effects board can also get damaged from battery leakage (because it's next to the battery).
