Hi, Thanks, Greg. I'll get a few tactiles and try replacement. I've been slinging solder so long, I kinda like the fumes. :) I wish a complete replacement switch existed. A couple of my switches are, for lack of a better description, a little droopy. The caps snap onto a little plastic actuator, and the the actuator itself seems to have grown a little lazy. I could glue the caps to the actuator, and that would probably help some - but I hate to do anything permanent. I notice DigiKey carries a similar switch, part of the ITT Digitast line, but I bet it's not a direct replacement. Mouser also carries a similar switch - from E-Switch, one of their 5500 series - but again, I don't think it could be a drop-in replacement.
