Sequential circuits samplers

Hi All,

I'm the proud new owner of a Prophet 2002+. Unfortunately, like many
others here I am faced with a failing floppy drive. 

I don't have any original sound disks, so I have been trying to format
a standard HD floppy. I've tried taping over the hole to mimick a DD
disk, but I still cannot format. The drive grinds, and the dispay
flashes with the error code "Lh". I don't find this error code
anywhere in the manual or expansion documentation, so I'm not sure if
the drive is completely dead or if it just doesn't like my disk. 

Anybody know what the "Lh" error code means ??

Anything else I should try before replacing drive ??
