i dont have a p2k, nor am i really familiar with double sided disks, but if you can use them in a standard pc floppy drive, you could use a program like copyqm to rip an image file of your working formatted disks, and then apply that image to the new disks, which would then be perfect 'formatted' copies of the source disk you used. i can send you the program (an old dos program) if you'd like to give it a try. it's worked for me with my p3k when certain disks didn't want to format properly. --- In prophet2000@yahoogroups.com, "snmcur" <snmcur@y...> wrote: > My p2k is running o.s. 3 and has the double sided drive - late serial > number.
