Sequential circuits samplers

I recently got a Prophet 2002. and I had a few questions to you lucky
owners of the manuals!

1)	can anyone make a PDF or scan of the MIDI implementation table
(assuming it has one)
2)	I was pondering that if I had a MIDI Knob box that output
controller changes.. could I control ALL
      Of the filter settings (or other settings) in the Prophet2k
live? Has anyone tried this?

Also on an somewhat related note, I somehow managed to get my machine
into a mode where it recognizes the 4 first notes played.. then
ignores the next 4. this goes on and on. Any suggestions as to what
mode I may have gotten my self into?  I have read the chapt 13 txt
doc. and I have a feeling it may be in the mapping.
