There's an atari version of Sound Designer - it worked last time I used it 18 years ago - but was slow so I didn't use much.

I think I've tried just about everything, I even got an old mac and installed p2000 sound
designer....which would work until it crashed(which was a couple of minutes) but I need
something that will work on my present setup.

Anybody know of a cheap or free solution to get sounds from OSX into the p2002 via
midi?

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
