No problem! I'm in fact pleased with the fact I can attribute to a v1.5
Gregor from Stereoping was also kind to provide me a new stereoping-firmware
that works perfect with 1.4, many thanks to him as well!
Can I ask/suggest one single thing (for a v1.5)?
As you know each played note on the VS triggers the mixer envelope; once or looped.
It would be extremely nice if this could be turned off as an option.
The big benefit of this would be the fact that the joystick can be set in a certain position, allowing it to have a remaining (fixed) effect on the mix. This way if the joystick would be set to "B" you would be able to play and only hear oscillator B, without having to put oscillators A, C and D to waveform 126 (the silent waveform) to silence them since simple volume controls for oscillators are lacking on the synthesizer.
Using the programming software Max Msp I was able to program this behaviour, but with a big work around. I made it work so that when the joystick is moved it's coordinates are duplicated to all points of the mixer envelope (points 0-4) so they all move in sync with the joystick. Since they coordinates are the same, the envelope is 'fixed' at the position of the joystick.
Maybe this could be implemented in your firmware.
to put it in less words: a switch could copy the joystick coordinates to all the mixer envelope points so that the position of the joystick is kept when playing new notes on the keyboard. Of course the problem would be if you turn the mix envelope back on...it should reload the original coordinates.
I'm not sure if this is a doable option, but it is was I personally miss the most on the VS.
