Vintage Synth Repair

Hi,
 
the only problem that he still hasn't resolved yet is when you put 
the phaser on the poly section, the sound cuts out after about 2-3 
seconds.

If you take the phaser off, it's fine.

the other three sections don't do that, they work fine.

any ideas ??
