You have to remove the top and possibly the back of the organ then remove one screw on each side of the stop tab rail and it will pivot up. On each key is a retaining clip. Carefully pinch the pins together slightly and pull up on the pin to remove it. Slide the spring off and put a small dab of a white lubricant in the groove on the back of the key, replace the spring and the retainer lock. This lock is also how you set the key pressure for each key. Pushing down farther increases the key pressure and moving it higher on the pin decreases the pressure. Check the key for proper pressure by checking the adjacent keys using only minimal pressure. If you needed to remove the key completely, you have to remove the spacer at the back of the key and the key then lifts out. Hope this helps. The model number is #4500. What kind of lubricant should she use? So, do the keys just snap off, somewhat like those on a computer keyboard or how should we access the springs? Thanks.
