I got a Kurzweil K2000 with the sampling option early this year and promptly upgraded it to the latest OS and max sample ram, and it's been running great. However, the LCD backlight has become so dim as to be practically unreadable, and due to a cramped studio space I can't easily find a way to shine a light directly onto the screen, so; 1. How difficult/expensive is it to replace/repair the backlight? 2. Where would I source the parts (I'm in Australia, but don't mind shipping things from overseas) 3. Where can I get a service manual, so I've got some sort of guidelines to follow? My technical skills are, well let's say I know which end of the soldering iron to hold and that's about it. Thanks, Gwydi
