Hi D ,
  It sounds like one of the keyboard contact springs is permanently 
making contact with CV buss bar . Remove the bottom cover and check to 
see if the bottom keys' CV spring isn't clashing with the CV buss bar  
(thats the rod towards the front that runs the length of the keyboard ) 
.
