Vintage Synth Repair

I just recently bought an Arp Omni Mk 1 and after gutting it out to 
find the problem.  I ended up finding out that i need to fix the power 
supply.  My problem is that i need a 41.1k and a 10k 1% perscion 
resistors.  I can find these anywhere.  I was wondering if it would be 
ok to replace the 41.1k with a 42k %5 and the 10k with a regular 10k %
5. If not, dose ne1 know where i can find these resistors.  Please 
someone help me ive dying to use this ma-bastard. Please help!!! i 
would name my children after you.
