Thanks for the response. How long have you had your A-90? Do you gig with it? I do, I love the board and all of the functionality... I just wish that it was about 15 lbs lighter.Or could afford a couple of 20-something 'female roadies' LOL

But then it wouldn't be the same.

I have not personally changed the one in mine yet but would imagine it’s on the surface of one of the circuit boards inside and should not be that hard to find and replace. The replacement is “probably” a 2032…

I cannot seem to find any info on how to find/change the internal
battery that remembers your custom settings for the Roland A-90 88 key
midi controller. I have had the board for 10 years and before I make
any new significant program changes, I want to be sure that the
battery will not let me down.

Can anyone help?
