Chicago area -- Repairs

2002-03-13 by Jim Birch

There is a great specialty shop at the corner of Fullerton and Elston called Midwest Music Menders, they fix all sorts of synths and electric pianos. You could also try Deltronics on Halsted, just south of Belmont. Neither have websites, but both are listed in the phone book.
Good Luck,
Jim

Subject: Is there anyone in the Chicago area that can help me with a Poly 61?

I was given a Poly 61 but I was told it needs an internal battery of
sorts? Does that make sense to anyone? The person I got it from told
me not to fix it myself. I am guessing it is not an easy task. If
anyone could help me that would be great.
