Geoff - likewise I have been searching. Robin Wood
had some when I spoke to him a couple of years ago but the cost was a bit steep
I think. I will continue my search and if I find any I will try to remember
you. Good luck - they're rare!
What do you need them for? Is it the synthi AKS?
Apparently the MF71094s do run very hot so although mine works fine and is
likely to remiain in good order, I feel a set of spares would be a prudent
purchase. A modern day equivalent could easily be build using 74HCT TTL or
similar though.
