I downloaded and studied little bit Owner's manual, and OS is in  
Flash ROM. So problem can be also there, it can be corrupted. Do you  
have original floppy disk with OS? Try to reload it.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
