Gate controls the CV T&H so no gate, no CV. You need to back track why there is no gate. The circuitry around Q1 and CR2 controls the gate. If you have a multimeter check the voltage on J2-1 which is the gate from the keyboard. Then check the output on the collector of Q1. There is not much circuitry there so it should be simple to find. If you cannot see a gate on J2-1 then the issue is with the keyboard itself.
