Vintage Synth Repair

HI,
I've been trying to fix an Odyssey 2815. Keyboard does not track, plays the same note over the whole range, seems to trigger but no gate. 
External cv works and will track the full range but no gate, it will change the pitch of the constant drone.
Tried replacing Q4 and Q3 and all IC's on board A but no luck. This thing is killing me....

Gate controls the CV T&H so no gate, no CV.  You need to back track why there is no gate.  The circuitry around Q1 and CR2 controls the gate.  If you have a multimeter check the voltage on J2-1 which is the gate from the keyboard.  Then check the output on the collector of Q1.  There is not much circuitry there so it should be simple to find.  If you cannot see a gate on J2-1 then the issue is with the keyboard itself.
