Hi John , thanks for your reply.This is a tough one----the QX1 is in England
, i'm in Australia (ebay sale) .The purchaser stated that the backlight
lights up but no data displayed and that the disc drive is turning (making
noises). Prior to selling it was working , but maybe the trip to the UK was
a little rough. I shipped it with the disc installed.
I,m keen to help the purchaser and any suggestion are greatly appreciated.

I assume that by lighting up you actually mean the backlight lights but
there is nothing on the display.

Hi all , having trouble booting up , the screen lights up but no data
showing , discs is running. Have tried rebooting but same outcome.
Any ideas.
