If factory reset didn't help, maybe it's time to open the instrument  
and do usual stuff - check and clean all connectors, reseat IC's in  
sockets, check PSU if voltages are as they should be. Don't forget to  
check fuse(s)...

Then try reset once more.

It looks like there's some garbage in the memory, maybe leaving the  
machine without RAM battery (I'd suppose there's some) through the  
night can clean it. Then change RAM battery for new one.

If it doesn't help,  maybe there's a time for recapping PSU... and  
more deep checking...

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
