Noel, unfortunately most of them just jack up the shipping price and people pay for it over the years a large amount of money. STILL though if they want they can write their credit card company, claim 'item not as represented' and it creates an inordinate hassle for the seller since they have no way to prove that the person isn't lying. Most commerce depends on the vast majority of buyers not being like this guy Jack Valentijn who MOCK the ordering instructions and just make up their OWN rules...

Anyway most people wont' go that the insane extent this guy's pride has led him to be a pain over a 50 dollar discrepancy caused either by him or the postal service. Whatever the case... i've never had trouble with a person who will TALK to me in the first place. Both people who have jacked me over like this have talked *around* what I said. Eg. I try to get them to tell ME what kind of shipping they want and they give a vague 'oh that's ok' answer instead of saying 'yes I want to take responsibility if it gets lost and not pay the extra 18.00' or whatever. IF they say the latter I've never had a problem.
