what to do with chroma polaris

2001-04-20 by gary mccormick

I've got an old Fender Chroma Polaris just sitting around, because of the membrane panel is worn out, or not functioning.
Without the use of the membrane, it can't function. I tried to midi it to another keyboard, but can't set the midi receive channel because of the membrane buttons.
It's a shame, because it was a pretty fun synth. Unfortunately it appeared about the same time as the DX7.
So, is there any hope?

There is a company listed in the back of the " Vintage Synth " book that
may have them. I talked to them about the Apple computer interface,
whichbthey still had available
 ( $350.00 ouch ).
