Prophet 600 help.

Well, I have two prophet 600s One works great and I love it's sounds. The other I bought broken just for parts mostly. But I've fixed a few of it's problems and only two things are keeping this prophet from rising from the dead. The first problem is that none of the knobs work at all. The push buttons all work but the knobs and switches do nothing to the sound. There is nothing I could see when comparing the two prophets circuits that appears wrong. The other thing that totaly sucks is the midi ports don't work at all either. Got any ideas what I should check out? Thanks.
