Vintage Synth Repair

I'm replacing two resistors on the keyboard part of my DS1 and was 
wondering if anyone has a schematic or knows what kind of resistor I 
need? All I know is that it has three orange bands and what looks 
like a gold.  But I don't know the wattage or ohms. Any help?
