Vintage Synth Repair resources?

2004-04-06 by Casio Rapman

Hi,
I just subscribed to Analogue Heaven and Yahoo vintagesynth repair. I am
trying to help a friend repair several vintage synths. My goal is to help
him find the parts and schematics he needs. Are there other forums or
mailing lists which might also be helpful to us?
Thank you!

oldsynths would be a good list. almost 200 members, though there doesn't
seem to be alot of traffic lately. i would search yahoogroups for the
make(even the model) of every synth you want to restore.
some people on the benders list(circuitbending) may have a source for
parts, especially older drum machines.
