ARP synthesizer slider cleaner and lube?

ARP synthesizer slider cleaner and lube?

2004-04-06 by Casio Rapman

My first question...
What is the best way to clean and lubricate ARP sliders? (ARP Odyssey, ARP
2600, ARP Sequencer)
Can all ARP sliders be cleaned in the same way or do some have other
requirements?
What is the best cleaner and lube?
Are there some which should never be used?

How long has it been since you used Silitrol? I would like to know whether
it had a temporary effect or a long lasting one because it seems like some
chemicals will work well at first but then cause problems over time.
