Not sure if it will help but I know my Korg SG-1D piano used a Yamaha keyboard assembly, thats what the tech put in it when the top octave went on mine many moons ago, it was a third of the price Korg wanted and exactly the same unit. I know yours is a different model but it might be worth checking if its a similar situation for yours. Best of luck fixing it, Marty --- In vintagesynthrepair@yahoogroups.com, "Scott" <painintheamp@...> wrote:

Almost all of the Korg home products were made by Yamaha. They had Yamaha keys and Yamaha circuit boards. You might remove one or two and take them to a shop that does Yamaha work and just set them on the counter, if they have a good key stock they will at least ID it for you. If that does not work, I have a friend that I believe has one with a very damaged 3500 and possible he may be willing to sell parts. ________________________________

Hi Scott, if you're looking for old C3500 piano keys I've a few keys in stock. These are indeed equal to the old Yamaha CLP300 series (Order number VC508xxx). Just let me know which keys you're exactly looking for if interested. They are made by Yamaha and there is a guy on the web somewhere that sells them. If that is not the key, he may have access to the part. Kenny To: vintagesynthrepair@yahoogroups.com
