I'm in need of a part for my Ensoniq SQ80

Hi
I've been searching for ages for a chip for the assembly SQ 80
keypad/display 10/SQ80 - I have tried numerous parts and service
centres all over the world but with no luck at all. Following, are the
markings on the installed faulty chip. Cat.No.138065003
R1121-11
Mexico A1
8722 3286
I would appreciate ANY HELP to obtain this part.
