ARP Omni Mark I 2 bass notes out of tune ?

Hi guys,
I just received an ARP Omni MK 1 that was updated with all Elkos and the lot, BUT two notes in the bass part don't play in tune !
Any idea where this comes from or what the problem is ?
I refurbished an Omni II with no problem, but this is something new I haven't had before...
