In a phone call to Grant today, he told me that the Boogie highpass
was in his mind from the outset.

As far as the 300 form factor, he asked me whether I was talking about
1200 series boards mounted to a 300 "stooge" panel, or full phledged
300 series pc boards and packaging.  I told him that I could be
completely comfortable with a 300 Series "stooge" model of the Boogie
Lowpass/Highpass/coupler....  He said that, because of the
point-to-point soldering to attach the 300 series panel hardware to
the 1200 series pc board, it would probably cost most that the cost of
the same in 1200 series form factor.  For me, it would be a pleasure
to add this to my system, even with the added expense.

I have to consider it postive that Grant said that he would think
about it....
